Born and raised in Northern Utah, Rhiannon trained as an actor at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art and Drama Centre London. She has worked in London theatres such as the Barbican and regionally in the US at Triad Stage in North Carolina, Montana Shakespeare, and Pinnacle Acting Company in Utah.

Rhiannon is partially sighted, experiencing total blindness in 50% of her visual field. In addition to acting, she works as a licensed NYC tour guide, leading people through the streets of New York.
